Terms of use

These terms govern your use of devloop.software and any conversation that starts through it.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Devloop and contact us about a potential project. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected material for commercial use, or use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.

Project work

Website content describes the kind of work Devloop may take on. It is not a binding offer, guarantee, quote, or promise that a project will be accepted.

A project starts only when both parties agree in writing on its scope, fees, timeline, ownership, and any other relevant terms. That written agreement controls if it differs from these terms.

Your materials and feedback

You are responsible for the information, files, access, and feedback you provide. You confirm that you have the right to share them with us and that their use for the agreed work will not violate another person's rights.

Our intellectual property

The Devloop name, website design, copy, code, illustrations, and other material on this site belong to Devloop or the relevant rights holder. You may not reuse them without permission, except where the law allows it.

Ownership of client deliverables is set in the signed project agreement. Devloop keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, and know-how unless that agreement says otherwise.

Third-party services and links

This website links to services such as Cal.com, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Their availability, content, and terms are outside Devloop's control. Using them is subject to their own policies.

No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but provide it as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Devloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Before starting formal action, please contact contact@devloop.software so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Courts with jurisdiction in Egypt will handle any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
